The Philosophy: "Rationale & Results"
Whether I am developing a marketing campaign or training an athlete, my philosophy remains the same: trust is built through transparency and data.
As an Associate Head Cross Country Coach, I earn the trust of my athletes by explaining the "rationale of their plans." I bring this same transparency to marketing strategy, ensuring stakeholders understand the "why" behind every campaign.
